This award-winning new musical follows the story of Evan Hansen as he’s forced to follow a lie after the death of a classmate. Where is the theater located?

Is the Music Box Theatre accessible?
The theater is not completely wheelchair accessible. There are no steps into the theater from the sidewalk. Please be advised that where there are steps into or within the theater, staff members are unable to provide assistance.
A wheelchair accessible restroom is available on the lobby (main) floor. Seating is accessible to all parts of the Orchestra without steps. Wheelchair seating is available in the Orchestra only.
How long is the show?
Dear Evan Hansen is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes long with a 15-minute intermission.

Yes. Devices are available free-of-charge inside the lobby.
What time should I arrive at the theater?
Doors open 45 minutes before show time. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before show time.
Are there concessions inside the theater?
Yes. Soft drinks, water, cocktails, candy and show merchandise (no food) are available for purchase. No food is allowed into the theater.

Due to the heavy subject matter, it is recommended that parents bring middle-school aged kids and up to the show. Children under the age of 4 are not permitted into the theater.
